Vineyard: 50-60 year old vines, clay-calcareous soil, 0.2 ha parcel surrounded by woods and deeply shaded.

Cellar:  Fermented for 10 days whole cluster without temperature control, crushed, pressed and aged 11 months in 300l french oak barrels.
