Varieties: Tempranillo, Grenache

Vineyard: clay-calcareous

Vinification:  manual harvest, destemming, 10 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. Tempranillo is aged 4 months in stainless steel; Grenache for 12 months in French oak barrel.

Processing: unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites
