Grapes: 100% Xarel.lo

Vineyard: 1.8ha vines planted by Amos’ grandfather 1989-1990 on top of a small hill located south of Vilafranca del Penedès with southern slope and orientation east-west. Three distinct soils: pure limestone, calcareous-clay and sand (all three soils are vinified separately).

Cellar: one week of skin contact, fermentation goes through until spring. Fermentation and ageing for 16 months in 300L French oak barrels. No batonnage or racking.
